Best for a specific workflow question or a longer description. I read and reply myself.

Bring one real workflow.
The most useful first message names a single thing that keeps getting in the way — the report nobody wants to write, the intake that eats a morning, the review step that piles up. A human reads every message and replies personally.
01 · Ways to reach me
Direct channels only.
No contact form, no booking widget, no auto-scheduler. Links and email — every one goes to a person.
Good for a quick introduction or if we already have a connection in common.

rtech-consulting.com ↗02 · What to expect
A request, not a booked engagement.
- Who it is for
- Owner-operated and small-to-mid-sized businesses with a real workflow to improve. Long Island first, but not exclusively.
- What a first message is
- The start of a conversation. It is not a booked engagement, a diagnosis, legal advice, or a promised implementation result.
- How I reply
- Personally, in plain language. If it looks like a fit, the next step is usually an rTech AI Assessment.
Please do not send confidential or client-sensitive data in a first message.
Keep it high level to start. No passwords, secrets, protected personal information, privileged legal material, or client-identifying records. A plain description of the workflow and the friction is enough — we can arrange a proper, secure channel before anything sensitive changes hands.
One workflow. One honest message. That is the whole ask.
I would rather hear about a real problem than a polished pitch of your own.
